Owner Jamie Lim created California-based Kayu in 2011 as an homage to her childhood in South East Asia. Inspired by the beautiful artisanal crafts and goods she grew up with, Kayu seeks to create timeless personal and home accessories using the highest quality natural materials while leading the industry in sustainable and ethical production practices.
